Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk
- Preparatory tasks for the morning shift
- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Telephone duties and providing in-person information
- Ensuring guests feel comfortable and secure
- Guest correspondence and active guest support
- Organizational and administrative tasks at the reception
- Handling reservations using our booking system
- Assisting with coffee and beverage preparation and light food service
- Point of contact for JUFA Hotels personnel management
Requirements
- Vocational training in hospitality or graduation from a secondary/higher vocational school is an advantage
- Experience at the front desk/reception is a plus
- Ideally, experience with a reservation system
- Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
- Strong service and guest orientation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good German and good English language skills
