About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs to design improvements in the technology environment.
  • Assist in implementing customized solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Assist in Microsoft 365 deployment for new clients.
  • Manage users and permissions in the Microsoft 365 platform, including enabling audit logs.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint, including site creation and permission settings.
  • Assist in implementing and managing Teams policies, such as team configuration and usage rules.
  • Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset for users.
  • Implement security policies.
  • Configure backup solutions.
  • Create and update documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator
  • Ability to design and implement improvements in corporate environments
  • Skills in configuring security and backup policies
  • Good communication, proactivity, and ability to understand and meet client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
  • Microsoft certification
