About the role
- Commercial Refrigeration Engineer troubleshooting and resolving refrigeration systems for clients. Providing service and maintenance while developing knowledge in industrial systems with a mobile work structure.
Responsibilities
- As the direct contact with the client for site technical service and maintenance issues, you will be initially responsible for troubleshooting and resolving commercial refrigeration systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.
- In addition you will work alongside experienced industrial refrigeration engineers and develop knowledge in industrial systems to provide service and maintenance.
- This is a mobile position, Monday – Friday with stand by 1 in 5.
- Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
Requirements
- You will have an F-GAS 2079 card. CO₂, A2L, HC an advantage.
- Ideally served a refrigeration apprenticeship.
- Ideally hold a recognised refrigeration qualification; C&G etc.
- Experience in working with a variety of commercial refrigeration systems.
- Understands and analyses relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc.
- Full UK driving license
- Capable of working without documented procedures and with limited supervision.
- A proactive mindset to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
- A committed can do positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team.
