About the role
- Full Stack Tester ensuring quality assurance across application stack at IGT Solutions. Collaborating with teams to validate functionality, data integrity, and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end functional testing across frontend (UI), backend services, and database layers.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Validate request/response structure, status codes, and business logic.
- Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect-tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and data engineers.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing across UI, API, and Database layers.
- Proven experience in ETL testing and data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience in enterprise applications, data-driven systems, or data warehouse environments is preferred.
