Responsibilities
Disciplinary leadership of the hydropower young talent development program
Further development of the program for the targeted development of junior staff
Imparting technical and administrative knowledge
Targeted implementation of a safety, health and environmental protection (SHE) culture in training
Coordination and continuous optimization of training
Coordination of training focus areas
Establishing and maintaining contacts with cooperation partners, educational institutions and industry associations
Responsible for recruiting and marketing activities
Participation in special projects
Support in budget, medium-term and succession planning
Requirements
Completed diploma/master's degree in engineering (ideally electrical engineering)
Relevant hands-on operational experience with technical plants/equipment
Leadership experience, preferably in the context of vocational/company training
Trainer certification (Ausbilderschein) desirable
Business-fluent German
Basic English skills desirable
Mobility (driving licence, Category B)
