About the role

  • Manager Back-Office leading a team at LegalPlace, a legal platform for entrepreneurs. Driving team performance and ensuring client satisfaction through operational management and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a Back Office team responsible for processing administrative files
  • Structure, plan and oversee daily operations
  • Organize managerial routines (team meetings, 1:1s, objective tracking, skills development)
  • Manage workload, absences, training, and minimize turnover
  • Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs
  • Maintain and update team dashboards
  • Analyze results and issues to define action plans
  • Ensure high-quality case processing and accurate updates to the knowledge base
  • Actively participate in recruitment
  • Implement clear, structured onboarding
  • Monitor employee development during and after the probation period
  • Work closely with HR, Product, Legal and Sales teams
  • Participate in client visits and represent the team at committees
  • Manage escalations and advocate client needs internally

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in team management, ideally in a structured administrative or operational environment
  • Ability to lead, organize, make decisions and support the team
  • A confident managerial stance that is both supportive and demanding
  • Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail, with a desire to help others grow
