Responsibilities
Enrolls clients into senior-related, individual insurance policies, including Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, life, hospital indemnity, and dental.
Maintains agency management database and membership database for insurance clients and Senior Promise members.
Offers support and resolves customer questions and concerns.
Plans and develop various Senior Promise programs.
Serves Senior Promise by phone, electronically, or in person in order to answers inquiries.
Connects with local businesses to increase Franciscan Health visibility and discuss partnership opportunities.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED Required within 60 days of hire
Life and Health Insurance License Preferred
AHIP Certification Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
5 years Customer service, medical billing, collections and Medicare insurance counseling
