Responsibilities

Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Business or a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience
Excellent oral, written, presentation communication skills
Proven record of leading teams in delivering results
Strong Business and Financial Acumen.
Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience in New Product Introduction and/or Life Cycle Project Management
