Responsibilities
The Asset Engineer provides technical expertise for lab and process equipment used in the CAR-T process.
Support Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) activities within the cGMP Clinical and Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing plants.
Key contributor to reliable operations and execution of asset lifecycle management projects.
Lead consistent technical management and implementation of equipment, ensuring compliance with J&J global and local standards & processes.
Manage multiple business requests and/or small projects equipment-related through change control quality system.
Support and execute operational C&Q activities, ensuring deployment aligns with our Global processes.
Serve as the Asset Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAR-T equipment.
Contribute to the creation and review of asset technical requirements and standards.
Provide guidance on compliance and data integrity requirements.
Requirements
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Bioengineering or equivalent technical discipline is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / engineering environment.
Experience in commissioning & qualification (C&Q) is a Plus.
A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
A strong understanding of GMP guidelines.
Experience with audits or inspections is a Plus.

Demonstrate ownership and strong analytical/communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch language is a Plus.
