About the role
- Intern in JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team assisting with property assessments and financial analyses. Collaborating in international environments and learning in various property sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support in preparing individual and portfolio valuations applying national and international valuation standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA & ImmoWertV) for various property types including residential, office, logistics, retail and operator properties
- Assist with portfolio analyses and valuations related to acquisition and disposal processes as well as for financial reporting and financing purposes
- Conduct market and location analyses and contribute to the preparation of valuation reports
- Participate in property inspections for hands-on experience
- Work in an international environment serving our national and international clients
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Initial practical experience in the real estate industry desirable; motivated students are encouraged to apply
- A valid driving license (Class B)
- Good MS Office skills (particularly Excel) and a command of English
- Ability to work independently, high commitment, motivation and ambition
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and have strong client orientation
- Passion and enthusiasm for the real estate industry
