About the role

  • Facilities Engineer providing centralized monitoring and incident control support at JLL in Malaysia. Involving in ensuring operational success and collaboration with local site teams and incident controllers.

Responsibilities

  • Playing a huge role in Central Operations
  • Becoming part of a growing global initiative to provide centralized monitoring and incident control
  • Work hand in hand with the local regional site teams to deliver top facility management services
  • Support the incident controller to ensure system settings are available
  • Monitoring and health checking operating systems across the globe
  • Alarm responses and first line remote fix be required
  • Escalation and incident management as a key deliverable
  • Ensure operational success by preparing the environment and making informed decisions
  • Check and ensure the operation of BMS, PME, IBEMS, LSS Systems on daily basis
  • Responsible for Scheduling Low Side Equipment's as per office hours and ensure it functions appropriately

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in the field
  • Good understanding of process engineering or BMS control systems
  • Emotional Intelligence and IT-oriented
  • Confident communicator
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Fresh graduates/Interns are welcome to apply
  • 1 year and above experience in BMS or Instrument & Controls (I&C) environment is an advantage
  • Possession of qualified Diploma/Degree holders is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of technical engineering systems
