Requirements
- 3-6 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency
- LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred
- BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with strong record of academic achievement
- Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred
- Experience with the following is a plus: GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, International Living Futures Institute, Net Zero, Passive House, Zero Waste
- Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
