About the role

  • Project Manager at JLL specializing in sustainable building design and construction, managing impactful projects. Collaborating with clients and teams to innovate and deliver sustainability solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and managing industry changing projects
  • Working with a team to deliver challenging sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations
  • Interacting with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions
  • Managing project related documentation, perform research, conduct weekly meetings and develop reports and memos communicating technical details, processes and action items
  • Delivering consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way

Requirements

  • 3-6 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency
  • LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with strong record of academic achievement
  • Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred
  • Experience with the following is a plus: GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, International Living Futures Institute, Net Zero, Passive House, Zero Waste
  • Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
