Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, vision, and thought leadership for the Education Practice
  • Create impactful programs and policies for equitable outcomes
  • Sponsor and lead major projects and initiatives
  • Represent JFF on the national stage
  • Collaborate with Education Practice to set strategic direction

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in systems change work
  • Deep knowledge in pathways and career-connected transformations
  • Familiarity with K-12 and postsecondary education
  • Proven ability to raise significant funding
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
