About the role

• Revisions Analyst ensuring accuracy and quality of aircraft maintenance data in the Maintenance Tracking Platform. Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply approved revisions, ADSBs, and other updates to aircraft Master Cores in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Support the creation of new Master Core builds based on customer specifications and internal documentation standards.
• Perform quality control checks on maintenance tracking data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
• Participate in internal review cycles by documenting observations and providing feedback to improve deliverable quality.
• Collaborate with international team members to ensure consistency across updates and project deliverables.
• Assist in troubleshooting data issues or discrepancies, escalating complex problems to senior team members or leadership as needed.
• Contribute to briefing sessions and team meetings to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of all revisions and updates for audit and traceability purposes.
• Continuously build knowledge in aircraft maintenance tracking systems, standards, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned that are typical for this role and level of responsibility.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and programs
• Familiarity with maintenance tracking platforms and aviation terminology
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Windows OS
• Willingness to learn and grow in the aviation maintenance domain
