Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality referral relationships in the Phoenix Metro area: Establish and maintain partnerships with dealerships, repair shops, real estate professionals, and other local businesses that consistently generate inbound insurance opportunities.
- Operate as a hands-on producer: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through bind and retention, while leveraging Jerry.ai’s technology, pricing, and customer demand.
- Represent Jerry.ai in-market: Act as a trusted local representative of Jerry.ai by attending partner meetings, industry events, and community activities to build credibility and brand awareness.
- Continuously optimize your production: Use performance data and feedback to refine your approach, increase conversion, and grow a high-retention book over time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent experience operating as a producing insurance agent or producer
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (not required, but strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to generate and grow a personal book of business through referrals and relationships
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a consultative approach
- Comfort working independently in a performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel locally 25-50% of the time across the Phoenix/Scottsdale area
