Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with UI designers, developers, and project management
- Create information architectures and user flows
- Support the development of digital product concepts
- Take on conceptual responsibility and actively develop ideas
- Serve as the point of contact for product concepts in team meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Initial experience in UX, ideally in an agency environment
- Analytical skills to identify problems and develop user-centered solutions
- Proficient with tools such as Figma and Keynote
- Ideally, knowledge of Design Thinking methods
- Strategic thinking and a passion for solving complex challenges
- Motivated and solution-oriented
- Enthusiasm and persuasiveness in presentations
- Strong communication skills in German and English
