About the role

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing global Key Account sales team in line with the company’s growth strategy
  • Execute global sales activities to contribute directly to company revenue and strategic sales targets
  • Set individual and team targets, defining actionable sales plans aligned with global objectives
  • Create and manage business plans for assigned sectors and regions; rapidly translate strategies into execution
  • Manage, grow, and retain the existing global Key Account portfolio while maximizing long-term value
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, delivering tangible results in short and mid-term horizons
  • Develop strong, effective communication with global business partners and drive new projects through business development initiatives
  • Identify, acquire, and negotiate with new global Key Accounts on behalf of the company
  • Efficiently manage all customer-related processes by coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to measuring, improving, and sustaining internal and external customer satisfaction and corporate brand image
  • Act as the main coordination point between customers, payment partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication
  • Ensure proposals and contracts are prepared accurately, on time, and in line with customer needs and expectations
  • Coordinate closely with the Legal team to ensure contracts comply with local and international regulations
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar Key Account / Global Sales role
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong ambition to close large-scale, high-value global deals
  • Extensive professional network with the ability to convert relationships into sustainable business opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems and financial technologies is a significant asset
  • Solid understanding of technology concepts; ability to analyze customer needs and position the right products and solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of assigned sectors and market dynamics at a global level
  • Basic contractual and legal knowledge related to offers, agreements, and commercial terms
