About the role
- Sales Ledger Controller at IVC Evidensia overseeing non-PMS billing customer accounts and managing cash collection activities. Facilitating resolution of account queries and enhancing cash flow management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee non-PMS billing customer accounts ensuring transactions are matched and cleared (invoices and cash receipts processed by Genpact) in a timely manner, facilitating the resolution of issues preventing matching.
- Cash collection (calls) for non-PMS customers to ensure cash collection is maximised, liaising with in country teams to resolve issues
- Produce and monitor ledger KPIs to drive performance improvement and ensure clear visibility of performance
Requirements
- Proven track record in credit control experience (B2B), managing multi customer ledger
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to influence and help drive performance of non-direct reporting co-workers (Genpact)
- Able to respond quickly to queries and engage with senior stakeholders
- Good communication skills and able to manage competing priorities
- Previous use of Oracle
