About the role

  • Scrum Master enabling Agile delivery and coordinating teams at iubenda, a privacy tech company. Owning Scrum ceremonies and ensuring software delivery through team collaboration and productivity monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • You will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer and will be in charge of Understanding, not only the due dates, but also iubenda products while having a good grasp of the content of sprint goals, code reviews, QA activities, and pipeline deployment.
  • Owning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning and reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives).
  • Supervising and monitoring the sprint and the overall squad's productivity to reach software delivery, easing possible blockages, escalating, resolving, and prioritizing dependencies among different teams.
  • Acting as a delivery manager by owning the sprint goals delivery, optimizing the team collaboration, and resolving team blockers.
  • Collaborating with the whole team, becoming a reliable reference figure for developers to facilitate backlog items analysis and task definition, liaising with the product manager for goal setting, priority setting, and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • A Background in Software Development (you will need to actually understand the product and the content of the tasks you will be working on, and to show curiosity for them, to be able to effectively anticipate risks and coordinate delivery).
  • Sound knowledge of an Agile methodology, Kanban, and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Solid experience with Project Management tools (such as Asana, Linear, Clickup, Trello, Jira).
  • Good understanding of online platforms for collaborative software development and deployment (such as Gitlab or Github).
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
