About the role

  • Coordinator of projects overseeing technology implementation and ensuring strategic alignment in a reputable IT company. Focused on managing methodologies and facilitating communication between technical and business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Support the PMO in organizing, planning and monitoring technology projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic directives;
  • Keep schedules, action plans, status reports and other project management artifacts up to date;
  • Assist in the implementation, standardization and dissemination of project management methodologies and best practices (PMBOK, Scrum, Lean, among others);
  • Act as a facilitator between technical and business areas, ensuring that deliverables align with the strategic objectives of the projects;
  • Gather information and support process modeling (AS IS / TO BE), proposing improvements when necessary;
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations, the conduct of meetings and the development of management tracking materials;
  • Conduct tactical change management activities, including communication with impacted areas, management of training plans and monitoring adoption of new processes;
  • Assess change requests (RDMs), ensuring correct classification, categorization and definition of validation and contingency plans;
  • Support and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring alignment between technical and business areas;
  • Perform risk analysis for proposed changes, considering technical, operational and business impacts;
  • Monitor change execution and act to mitigate and resolve deviations;
  • Record lessons learned and support post-implementation reviews (PIR);
  • Contribute to the definition, monitoring and analysis of metrics (KPIs and SLAs) related to change management;
  • Promote continuous improvement in change management processes, documents and tools (GMUD);
  • Work in an integrated manner with incident, problem and configuration processes, ensuring governance and operational compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Previous experience managing or coordinating technology projects;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, among others);
  • Experience with Change Management processes (GMUD) and participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB);
  • Knowledge of risk analysis and monitoring metrics (KPIs and SLAs);
  • Experience preparing schedules, executive reports and project documentation;
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact between technical and business areas;
  • Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile.
  • Desired:
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, ITIL or similar);
  • Previous experience in a PMO;
  • Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday, among others);
  • Experience with process modeling (BPMN);
  • Experience with ITSM tools.
