About the role

• Senior Dynamics Software Developer responsible for maintaining and enhancing Dynamics365 Sales functionalities at ISS Tech Team. Collaborating with teams to explore AI opportunities and build new features.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Maintain, and implement new functionalities for Dynamics365 Sales.
• Explore AI services and how they can be used in the Dynamics365 ecosystem to create value for our users.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure all new features meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for all developed functionalities.
• Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all development stages.
• Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Requirements

• Passion for Tech AND people.
• Dynamics 365 (Sales): Experience with Dynamics 365, preferably the Sales or similar modules, such as Dynamics 365 Customer/Field Service, Marketing, or Finance.
• Knowledge and understanding of customizations in Dynamics365, including advanced customizations like developing plugins, scripts, CustomAPIs, etc.
• Understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and how it can be used in the Dynamics365 ecosystem.
• Azure: Experience with Azure, particularly in solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and other cloud services in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, and JavaScript. Experience with TypeScript is plus.
• Good communications skills in English both written and verbal.
• Openminded & adaptable with a proactive approach to solve problems.
• Strong and self-driven in identifying needs and opportunities for innovation and business value creation.
• DevOps and Pipelines (plus).
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including version management, automated deployments, and quality control.
• knowledge of Agile, Scrum, software delivery cycle.
