Responsibilities
Develop, Maintain, and implement new functionalities for Dynamics365 Sales.
Explore AI services and how they can be used in the Dynamics365 ecosystem to create value for our users.
Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Ensure all new features meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Ensure comprehensive documentation for all developed functionalities.
Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all development stages.
Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Requirements

Experience with Dynamics 365, preferably the Sales or similar modules, such as Dynamics 365 Customer/Field Service, Marketing, or Finance.
Knowledge and understanding of customizations in Dynamics365, including advanced customizations like developing plugins, scripts, CustomAPIs, etc.
Understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and how it can be used in the Dynamics365 ecosystem.
Experience with Azure, particularly in solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and other cloud services in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, and JavaScript.
Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
Good communications skills in English both written and verbal.
Openminded & adaptable with a proactive approach to solve problems.
Strong and self-driven in identifying needs and opportunities for innovation and business value creation.
Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including version management, automated deployments, and quality control.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, software delivery cycle.
