Responsibilities
- Administrar, configurar y dar soporte a dispositivos de seguridad y networking de Fortinet.
- Monitorear la infraestructura de red y comunicaciones, asegurando niveles óptimos de disponibilidad y rendimiento.
- Gestionar políticas de seguridad, VPNs, segmentación de red y accesos remotos.
- Implementar y mantener firewalls, switches, routers y soluciones de seguridad perimetral.
- Detectar, analizar y mitigar incidentes de red y seguridad.
- Realizar troubleshooting avanzado y resolución de problemas en entornos LAN, WAN y Wi-Fi.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y diagramas de red.
- Coordinar con proveedores y fabricantes para escalamiento y soporte de incidentes críticos.
Requirements
- Experiencia mínima de al menos 10 años administrando redes y comunicaciones.
- Conocimiento avanzado en productos Fortinet (indispensable).
- Sólida experiencia en administración de redes LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi y seguridad perimetral.
- Experiencia en gestión de VPNs, balanceo de carga, alta disponibilidad (HA).
- Conocimientos en herramientas de monitoreo de red (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds o similares).
- Experiencia en sistemas operativos (Windows Server, Linux) a nivel de red.
- Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Organización, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
