About the role

Responsibilities
- Enhance the existing methodology and lead risk identification meetings
- Create and structure a Risk Committee to communicate findings and define action plans
- Develop a tool for consolidating, monitoring, and reporting risks to senior leadership
- Implement and evolve the lessons learned recording process
- Propose improvements to existing procedures and tools
- Engage relevant departments, monitor action plans, and develop indicators to measure effectiveness
- Plan and execute annual audits based on published procedures
- Identify gaps, prepare diagnostics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields
- Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in Project Management, Quality Management, or Auditing preferred
- Proven experience in risk management, quality, and process auditing
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- Creative, dynamic profile with strong verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong sense of accountability for deadlines and targets, curiosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
- Microsoft Office suite (MS Project and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
- Project management tools and SharePoint
- Visio, Blueworks (process flow/mapping tool)
- Plus: experience in infrastructure or energy projects
- Ability to develop tools and performance indicators
