About the role

Responsibilities
- Position overview: the role combines operational and strategic legal responsibilities with a key role in institutional and regulatory relations.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier and partner contracts.
- Providing legal advice and support to the company’s various departments.
- Analyzing legal risks and opportunities related to the company’s activities.
- Drafting correspondence, internal notes, legal memoranda and summary documents.
- Maintaining and updating legal databases and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, notably GDPR.
- Developing, managing and maintaining relationships with public authorities and administrative bodies.
Requirements
- Advanced law degree (Master 2 or equivalent), ideally in public law, business law or contract law.
- Proven experience in a legal role.
- Interest in public affairs.
- Excellent analytical, drafting and summarizing skills.
- Good understanding of business issues and ability to adapt legal advice to operational constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic approach and ability to interact with high-level institutional stakeholders.
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills and team spirit.
- Fluent English.
