Responsibilities
- Analyze and elicit business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured and actionable specifications
- Elicit, structure and prioritize requirements (e.g., business, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, use cases and process models
- Work closely with business units, IT teams and external partners as a central interface
- Support implementation including reviews, testing and functional acceptance
- Ensure the quality and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Actively contribute to the development of processes, methods and tools in requirements management
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of requirements analysis and documentation (e.g., UML, BPMN, User Stories)
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly
- Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B1)
