About the role
- Lead Project Manager coordinating IPP renewable energy projects at Iqony Renewables. Manage project plans, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IPP projects from the concept phase through commissioning
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and manage risks and proactively develop solutions
- Responsible for preparing and presenting investment cases
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, investors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular project meetings and report progress to management
- Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations
- Support the acquisition of new projects and strategic planning
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
- At least 2 years' professional experience in project management within the renewable energy sector in an international environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
- Reliable, systematic, and independent working style
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
