Responsibilities
- Planning and operation of modern, secure, and scalable cloud and security infrastructures
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in cloud environments
- Developing and implementing security concepts (technical and organizational measures)
- Continuous review and assessment of security measures in cloud environments to identify security risks
- Optimization and automation of IT governance processes in the cloud/security domain
- Consulting, planning, and implementation of IT and digitization projects with a focus on cloud technologies
- Evaluation and deployment of new products and technologies in the cloud/security domain
- Cross-team 2nd- and 3rd-level support for IT services in the cloud/security domain
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field or comparable qualification
- Extensive and solid professional experience
- Strong knowledge in security and cloud security (OAuth, IAM, DLP, AI security)
- Deep experience in cloud security engineering (Infrastructure as Code), configuration management, and DevSecOps engineering (CI/CD)
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., IT governance, GDPR, NIS-2)
- Several years of experience in operations and infrastructure systems engineering
- DevOps mindset
- Extensive understanding of modern DevOps tools
- Knowledge of concepts, methods, and technologies of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
- Experience with IT governance and data protection
- Project experience with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident and articulate presence as well as reliability and discretion
- Organizational skills, creativity, and a strong team orientation
- Flexibility, initiative, and commitment
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
