About the role

Implantation Consultant to implement IPM's accounting system for public entities. Involves analyzing processes, training users, and ensuring data integrity and system quality.

Responsibilities

Implement IPM's Accounting System at municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
Knowledge of public-sector legislation and standards applicable to the field (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
Availability for frequent travel.
