About the role

• Implantation Consultant to implement IPM's accounting system for public entities. Involves analyzing processes, training users, and ensuring data integrity and system quality.

Responsibilities

• Implement IPM's Accounting System at municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
• Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
• Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
• Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
• Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Knowledge of public-sector legislation and standards applicable to the field (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
• Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
• Availability for frequent travel.
