Responsibilities
- Manage and execute procurement strategies for the Marketing category, ensuring effective negotiations, robust contracts and alignment with internal policies to optimize costs, quality and compliance.
- Support the development of negotiation strategies with stakeholders;
- Lead sourcing processes for agencies, events, media and production;
- Monitor market trends and propose improvement opportunities;
- Conduct negotiations with domestic and international suppliers;
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal and internal compliance;
- Execute hiring and contracting processes for corporate events;
- Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule and budget;
- Adhere to internal policies and applicable regulations;
- Assist in mitigating risks related to service execution;
- Monitor the category budget and report realized savings;
- Contribute basic TCO and ROI analyses when required;
- Serve as a point of contact between Marketing, Legal, Finance and other internal areas;
- Support definition of scope and technical criteria for procurement.
Requirements
- Experience: Procurement experience, preferably in Marketing
- Soft skills: Effective negotiation and communication. Strong organization and management of multiple processes. Analytical thinking.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of sourcing processes, contract management, compliance, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields
- Languages: English desirable
