About the role
- Integrity and Maintenance Engineer overseeing programs and processes in engineering at Ipiranga. Leading health, safety, and environment initiatives while ensuring asset reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s Integrity and Maintenance programs
- Lead processes related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Provide support and guidance to senior management in decision-making
- Map, modify and optimize processes within Engineering
- Manage interfaces between Engineering, other departments, and suppliers of materials, equipment and services
- Audit projects, including technical site visits and supplier inspections (travel required)
- Participate in needs assessment and investment approval processes (CAPEX and OPEX)
- Analyze, plan, negotiate, guide and ensure full operational performance under routine, adverse and/or unforeseen conditions in asset operations
- Ensure that the planning, monitoring and execution of the Maintenance Management System (MMS) focuses on Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Develop, update and communicate maintenance plans
- Conduct failure modes, causes and effects analysis (FMEA) and propose process improvements
- Monitor and control maintenance KPIs with technical input
- Participate in bids and tenders for equipment procurement and service contracting
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years in the oil & gas sector, industrial plant operations, or engineering
- Soft skills: Leadership, innovation, resilience and teamwork
- Technical skills: Knowledge of integrity management, maintenance planning and control, engineering and industrial construction
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Control & Automation Engineering
- Languages: Advanced English
