About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full control of activities related to Trading operations, ensuring correct execution of operational, financial and accounting processes involved;
- Prepare, analyze and reconcile financial and management statements, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information;
- Perform variance analyses, identifying causes, impacts and proposing corrective actions;
- Support monthly accounting close, interacting with the Shared Services Center (CSC) to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables;
- Monitor and validate accounting entries, provisions, adjustments and reconciliations of main balance sheet and income statement accounts;
- Act as a support point for internal departments, providing technical support and clarifying queries;
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes and internal controls;
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including matters related to SOX compliance;
- Participate in the accounting design of new company operations, assessing impacts, risks and compliance with applicable standards;
Requirements
- Solid experience in controllership or accounting;
- Knowledge of P&L, cash flow, cost accounting and bank reconciliation;
- Knowledge of derivative instruments, familiarity with IFRS and CPC standards;
- Experience in Trading (differential);
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts);
- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented and proactive profile.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Postgraduate degree in Finance (differential)
