About the role

  • Sales Consultant developing relationships with agricultural clients at Ipiranga. Identifying opportunities, providing technical support, and expanding market reach in Sinop or Sorriso.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and advise large customer accounts to sell lubricants and fuels, providing technical support and differentiated service.
  • Hunter profile, focused on expanding into new markets.
  • Analytical profile and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills: clarity, conciseness, empathy, active listening, appropriate language, and assertiveness.
  • Time management: ability to prioritize, plan, organize, maintain focus, and be flexible.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Postgraduate studies preferred.
  • Availability to work in Sinop or Sorriso.
  • Experience servicing key accounts and participating in BIDs/tenders.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the agricultural sector is a plus.
  • Experience in expansion projects.
  • Willingness to travel.
