About the role

  • Content Maker at Invox creating and optimizing various types of content for B2B clients. Ensuring quality, SEO optimization, and collaboration with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the editorial quality of all content
  • Write a variety of content (blog articles, ebooks, case studies, infographics, etc.) following briefs and adapting tone and style according to format, audience and client objectives.
  • Rewrite and optimize existing texts to maximize their impact.
  • Copywrite high-value content (newsletters, landing pages, emails, website pages, etc.) to achieve clients' strategic goals.
  • Proofread, correct and adjust produced content to ensure impeccable editorial, spelling, grammar and syntax quality.
  • Review the visual output of all designed content (text proofreading and adjustments directly in tools), challenging clarity, consistency, structure and UX to maximize performance.
  • Apply and help evolve editorial lines and writing guidelines (tone, vocabulary, structure, typography, etc.) to ensure production consistency.
  • Ensure SEO optimization of content (keyword integration, Hn structure, internal linking, on-page optimization, etc.).
  • Master advanced SEO tools (such as Semrush, Semji, etc.) to guarantee SEO optimization of all produced content.
  • Manage content integration in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, etc.), respecting SEO and UX best practices.
  • Use AI (Gemini, Claude) as an operational assistant to speed up daily tasks (rewriting, time savings, research, etc.) and increase velocity and performance, while retaining control of actions and avoiding dependence.
  • Understand different target audiences (prospects, clients, partners, candidates, etc.) to adapt tone and message structure.
  • Work closely with Invox experts to produce coherent, high-performing and engaging content.
  • Participate in the development of editorial lines and writing guidelines in coordination with Content Managers.
  • Be proactive in recommending formats, messages or topics based on marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of content kits, preparation of sales presentations and structuring of cross-functional editorial projects.
  • Occasionally liaise with clients (training, feedback, approvals or editorial challenges).
  • Support the team's skills development (sharing best practices, internal training).

Requirements

  • Exceptional editorial rigor — spelling and typography hold no secrets for you (tell us your references!).
  • Curiosity and the ability to be a true "chameleon" — intellectual agility to switch quickly between topics and tones.
  • Attention to detail — for example, an extra space before a comma drives you crazy (even if, admittedly, a chameleon has no fur).
  • Strong organizational skills, respect for deadlines and the ability to work quickly.
  • Good knowledge of web content and SEO techniques.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe suite (we occasionally get hands-on with editorial design).
  • Fluent English.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and of course: friendly personality, quick wit, common sense, a sense of irony, and optimism 🙂.
  • Big plus: you have created or run one or more blogs, written professional B2B content, worked in journalism, etc.
  • Experience (and a strong taste for) B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in web content writing.
