Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience using ML/LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, Pinecone)
- Skilled in full-stack and API-based deployment patterns
- Experienced with workflow orchestration libraries and pub/sub systems
- Expertise in data governance and operations
- Strong product and system design instincts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proven experience owning projects from scoping through deployment
- Willingness to be on-call for customers
- Ability to travel 10–30% of the time
