About the role
- Intern assisting in finance and administrative operations for Invenzi, a tech company developing access control solutions. Managing office logistics and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation, organization and maintenance of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate with the cleaning staff and contact suppliers for repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain the organization of meeting and training rooms, ensuring they are always ready for use.
- Manage and purchase office supplies, pantry items and other consumables, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Provide support for internal events and for receiving visitors.
- Assist with corporate travel logistics (booking flights, arranging accommodation, etc.).
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of materials, equipment and correspondence.
- Support the resolution of delivery discrepancies.
- Obtain quotes and negotiate with suppliers of products and services, always seeking the best cost-effectiveness.
- Issue purchase orders and track orders through to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supplier base.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication skills and ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with management systems (ERP) is a plus.
