Responsibilities
LLM Integration: Design use cases, integrate powerful LLMs into software solutions, improve prompting and guardrails, and bring secure solutions into production for our clients
Application Design: Design tailored software applications – from requirements through architecture to production-ready solutions
Implement, test and develop robust backends, microservices and APIs (REST/GraphQL/...)
Establish clean code principles and conduct code and architecture reviews
Use agile software development methods to extend existing solutions and ensure correct technical implementation
Quality through automation: Optimize workflows and establish automated tests and CI/CD processes to maintain high software quality

Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a comparable field
Initial experience with common programming languages – ideally Java, Python or C++/C#
Initial experience integrating LLMs via APIs
Very good knowledge of how current LLMs work as well as their strengths and challenges
Passion for complex systems and the drive to not only develop software but also deeply understand, test and continuously improve it
Interest in software engineering, software project management, application development, cloud solutions or data solutions
Willingness to travel for national project assignments with our clients in the DACH region
Business fluent German and fluent English
