About the role

• DevOps Lead Engineer at INTRACOM TELECOM driving cloud and DevOps strategy. Leading a talented team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and services globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of **cloud infrastructure**, primarily on Microsoft Azure, ensuring **high availability, scalability and security**
• Architect and maintain **Kubernetes clusters** and containerized applications
• Implement and manage **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using Terraform, Ansible and automation best practices
• Develop and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** (GitLab CI, Jenkins) to accelerate delivery and ensure deployment reliability
• Oversee **monitoring, logging, and alerting systems** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain proactive platform health
• Manage, mentor, and grow a **team of DevOps engineers**, fostering a culture of collaboration, automation and operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define requirements, deliver solutions and ensure smooth deployments
• Support **Linux-based infrastructure**, ensuring performance, updates and compliance
• Apply **SRE principles** where applicable, including SLIs, SLOs and incident management

Requirements

• Proven experience in **Azure cloud architecture** and cloud-native solutions
• Strong expertise in **Kubernetes and container orchestration**
• Hands-on experience with **Terraform, Ansible and IaC automation**
• Experience building and managing **CI/CD pipelines** and automation workflows
• Familiarity with **monitoring, alerting, and logging tools** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Solid understanding of **SRE/DevOps best practices**, incident response and operational excellence
• Strong **Linux administration** skills, including shell scripting and VM management
• Excellent **leadership, collaboration, and communication skills**
• Experience with **customer support and technical consultation** is a plus
• Optional: Experience with **Hadoop ecosystem tools** (HDFS, Hive, Spark)
