About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of **cloud infrastructure**, primarily on Microsoft Azure, ensuring **high availability, scalability and security**
- Architect and maintain **Kubernetes clusters** and containerized applications
- Implement and manage **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using Terraform, Ansible and automation best practices
- Develop and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** (GitLab CI, Jenkins) to accelerate delivery and ensure deployment reliability
- Oversee **monitoring, logging, and alerting systems** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain proactive platform health
- Manage, mentor, and grow a **team of DevOps engineers**, fostering a culture of collaboration, automation and operational excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define requirements, deliver solutions and ensure smooth deployments
- Support **Linux-based infrastructure**, ensuring performance, updates and compliance
- Apply **SRE principles** where applicable, including SLIs, SLOs and incident management
Requirements
- Proven experience in **Azure cloud architecture** and cloud-native solutions
- Strong expertise in **Kubernetes and container orchestration**
- Hands-on experience with **Terraform, Ansible and IaC automation**
- Experience building and managing **CI/CD pipelines** and automation workflows
- Familiarity with **monitoring, alerting, and logging tools** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Solid understanding of **SRE/DevOps best practices**, incident response and operational excellence
- Strong **Linux administration** skills, including shell scripting and VM management
- Excellent **leadership, collaboration, and communication skills**
- Experience with **customer support and technical consultation** is a plus
- Optional: Experience with **Hadoop ecosystem tools** (HDFS, Hive, Spark)
