About the role
- Compliance & Risk Consultant involved in supporting regulatory projects within financial sector. Collaborating with experienced consultants to improve compliance processes and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Het anticiperen op en interpreteren van ontwikkelingen binnen wet- en regelgeving en toezicht.
- Het ondersteunen van implementatietrajecten voor (nieuwe) wet- en regelgeving.
- Het opzetten/verbeteren van compliance programma’s.
- Nieuwe processen ontwerpen en implementeren.
- Advies geven over de verbetering van governancekaders.
- Uitvoeren van compliance scans (incl. Gap-analyses).
- Opstellen en verbeteren van beleid en uitvoeren van beleidsevaluaties.
- Processen analyseren, beschrijven en visualiseren.
- Risicobeheersing opzetten en implementeren.
- Het opzetten en schrijven van Assurance-rapporten.
- Ondersteuning en begeleiding bij zowel interne als externe audits.
Requirements
- Een WO-opleiding afgerond met een nadruk op Rechten, Compliance, Bestuurskunde, Criminologie of vergelijkbaar;
- 3–5 Jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT Risk, Business Risk, Governance of Compliance.
- Kennis van wet-en regelgeving.
- Onderzoeks- en interpretatievaardigheden.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Affiniteit met de financiële sector (pré).
