About the role

Responsibilities
- Create, test, and optimize prompts for language models, ensuring effective, natural, and contextual interactions in chatbots and voicebots.
- Implement and evolve Agents/Stages, structuring conversational flows and ensuring coherence between stages and intents.
- Disseminate and apply best practices in prompt engineering across the team, contributing to standards, documentation, and technical governance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to continuously improve human–AI communication.
- Analyze conversational behaviors and propose improvements based on outcomes, metrics, and A/B testing.
- Tackle complex natural language problems, delivering highly reliable solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in prompt engineering, chatbots, voicebots, or language-model-based solutions.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP/NLU) and logical reasoning applied to building conversational flows.
- Prior work with text and/or voice interfaces, especially in contexts requiring clarity, precision, and personalized communication.
- Experience in agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
