Responsibilities
Plan, implement and monitor Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes
Lead and coordinate APQP activities for mechatronic products
Develop and implement quality strategies throughout the product development process
Conduct risk analyses (FMEA, fault tree analyses)
Facilitate design and process approvals (e.g., design reviews, PPAP)
Collaborate with development, production, purchasing and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identify improvement opportunities and initiate corrective actions
Train and support team members in APQP-related methods and tools
Prepare reports and present results to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
Solid knowledge of APQP methodology and experience with FMEA, PPAP, SPC and other quality management tools
Technical understanding of mechatronic systems and their manufacturing processes
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
