Responsibilities
Planning, implementation and monitoring of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes
Leading and coordinating APQP activities for mechatronic products
Developing and implementing quality strategies throughout the product development process
Conducting risk analyses (FMEA, fault tree analyses)
Facilitating design and process approvals
Collaborating with R&D, production, procurement and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met
Monitoring and analysing quality metrics
Training and supporting team members in APQP-related methods and tools
Reporting and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
Solid knowledge of APQP methodology and experience with FMEA, PPAP, SPC and other quality management tools
Technical understanding of mechatronic systems and their manufacturing processes
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
