About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to Interroll entities worldwide on contract, commercial, and competition law
- Support on legal issues related to product liability and product safety
- Establish, manage, and maintain a global contracts database
- Draft standard templates for contracts and terms and conditions
- Review and draft contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners — particularly in the context of automation projects, software licensing, and service agreements
- Monitor global costs for external legal counsel and litigation
- Support the legal assessment of tenders and project contracts
- Actively design and conduct legal training for employees worldwide
Requirements
- Successfully completed second state law examination (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) or an equivalent law degree (e.g., LL.M.)
- Initial professional experience in an industrial company or a business-law-focused law firm is an advantage
- Structured and highly meticulous working style
- Strong IT affinity, with specific interest in AI
- German and English, fluent (at least C1 level)
