About the role

  • Project Manager skilled in driving technology projects from requirement gathering to production release. Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams while ensuring clear communication and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple technology projects from requirement gathering to production movement
  • Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and delivery plans
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, sprint plans, and release calendars
  • Lead Agile execution using Scrum and Kanban based on project needs
  • Run sprint ceremonies including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Actively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution
  • Own release management including planning, readiness checks, and go live coordination
  • Ensure clear documentation of requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery status in JIRA
  • Track progress against plan and provide clear, structured updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects reach their defined end state with proper closure and handover

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands on experience as a Project Manager in a technology environment
  • Strong expertise in JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery models including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience managing full lifecycle projects, not just execution phases
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical discussions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing control of details
  • Clear, concise communicator who can speak equally well with engineers and senior leadership
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
