About the role
- Workday System Administrator enhancing experience for Finance and HR teams at IAS, maintaining Financial and HR modules in Workday and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Finance and HR teams as the Workday System Administrator
- Responsible for the successful maintenance of all aspects of Financial and HR modules within Workday
- Configure the system to meet ongoing business needs and generate reports to support functions, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting, FP&A, and T&E
- Partner with stakeholders in Finance, Human Resources and IT to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain System interfaces and Integrations with downstream systems
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders across teams and levels
- Diagnose and resolve related inquiries and elevate issues for resolution as appropriate
- Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring Finance metrics and ad-hoc reports
- Collaborate with users to provide excellent support and expertise related to system options, limitations, and dependencies
- Provide recommendations for related enhancements and upgrades
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Workday FDM experience
- 2+ years of Workday experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of execution-driven results and meeting commitments
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized and able to work in a complex and multifaceted environment
- Workday Certification highly preferred
- Prior use of Adaptive Planning
- Knowledge of utilizing Business Intelligence tools to analyze and produce reports
- Experience with other Workday modules (Security, HCM)
