About the role

• Lead Technique IA responsible for designing and implementing AI and BI solutions at Genia. Supporting clients in their digital transformation while leveraging cloud services and data engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and oversee the technical architecture of AI and BI solutions (workflows, agents, pipelines) to meet our clients' business needs.
• Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines, ensuring integrity, performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data management, model deployment and ensure the robustness of solutions in client environments.
• Leverage cloud services (Azure preferred) to build a secure, scalable and cost-effective data infrastructure.
• Implement data management solutions using SQL and Python, using pandas for data manipulation and transformation.
• Design and develop web applications related to data and AI workflows.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of deployments.
• Monitor technology trends to recommend continuous improvements and foster innovation.

Requirements

• Strong experience (minimum 3 years) designing and deploying distributed, scalable systems.
• Proficiency in technical project management (coordination, planning, monitoring).
• Deep knowledge of software engineering (architecture, best practices, DevOps).
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools (modeling, MLOps, model integration).
