Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of underwriting experience in commercial insurance, specifically Property and Casualty
- Strong knowledge of policy wordings, products, and underwriting systems in commercial insurance
- Experience in mentoring and skills development
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English) is required
