About the role

  • Marketing Specialist driving PR and communications strategies to enhance PEAK's visibility. Collaborating with media, stakeholders, and internal partners for effective content and brand management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a targeted PR strategy for Quebec and Canada
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and opinion leaders
  • Generate proactive media coverage and position company leadership as experts
  • Write press releases, press kits, speeches and PR materials
  • Coordinate media inquiries and prepare spokespeople
  • Measure and analyze media coverage and results
  • Design content strategies aligned with the PEAK brand
  • Orchestrate an omnichannel approach (articles, newsletters, digital platforms, internal tools)
  • Plan and manage a structured editorial calendar
  • Ensure the quality, clarity and consistency of all communications
  • Collaborate with HR teams on internal communications
  • Apply best practices for digital writing (SEO, accessibility, formats)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Support PEAK’s positioning and differentiation
  • Contribute to go-to-market activities for field solutions and tools
  • Participate in event strategy and communications
  • Manage in-person and virtual events
  • Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements
  • Develop and manage sponsorship programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR or strategic communications
  • Excellent written skills in French and English
  • Proficiency with digital monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater; HubSpot is an asset)
  • Established network in francophone and anglophone media
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy and ability to prioritize
  • Experience in the financial or economic sector (an asset)
