- Own the on-call strategy and incident management framework

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Experience with GCP infrastructure, or alternatively AWS/Azure
- Proven knowledge of CI/CD tooling and processes
- Proven experience managing production environments with high availability and reliability requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
