About the role

• Python Developer focusing on ADAS and AI solutions at Protiviti. Responsible for backend development and AI integration in projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based systems (primarily web backend systems);
• Design, structure, and develop workflows, agents, and multi-agent systems based on AI;
• Develop RAG-based solutions and vector search mechanisms;
• Create data structures for various internal systems and developments;
• Deeply understand real business challenges and participate in the conception and design of products and software platforms, considering the most modern solutions and the "AI-First" concept;
• Contribute to defining strategies, tools, and analytical methods — aligned with the company's data-driven strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience in backend development for web projects using Python;
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in prompt development and agentic solutions based on Generative AI;
• Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django);
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and relational database schemas;
• Working knowledge of PydenticAI and LangChain;
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD;
• Basic knowledge of vector databases;
• Strong logical reasoning and resilience to operate in challenging, dynamic environments.
• Clear and didactic communication skills to translate complex reasoning and analyses into understandable narratives for non-technical audiences;
